Fire at a Commercial Building Pub in Nowon-gu... One Employee Burned
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] A fire broke out at a pub in a commercial building in Sanggye-dong, Nowon-gu, Seoul, at around 11:09 a.m. on the 5th.
At the time, a female employee in her 60s attempted to extinguish the fire herself but suffered second-degree burns on her hands and neck and was transported to a hospital. The fire department responded to the report and completely extinguished the fire by around 11:30 a.m., about 20 minutes later.
The fire caused total damage to about 7㎡ of the 10㎡ store area, with approximately 3㎡ scorched. The pub was not operating at the time, and there were no evacuees reported.
