At the training, about 40 field workers (construction supervisors, site agents, safety managers) from 22 construction sites commissioned by Gimhae City attended. The training focused on practical aspects, including explanations of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act in general and response measures at management sites.
The main contents included ▲ reflecting special conditions for construction safety management contracts in bidding announcements ▲ holding regular safety management meetings at each construction stage ▲ submitting a voluntary safety management pledge before construction commencement.
The city plans to conduct serious accident prevention education for the corporate council of manufacturing businesses in the Gimhae area in the future.
A city official said, "We will continue to conduct serious accident prevention education by sector to ensure that business owners fulfill their legal obligations."

It will take effect from the 27th.
