Damyang-gun Launches Campaign to Promote Payment of Registration License Tax by the 3rd of Next Month
Regular Registration License Tax Imposed: 109 Million Won
[Damyang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Damyang-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 14th that it imposed 7,192 cases of regular registration license tax amounting to 109 million KRW this year and started promoting it to residents.
The registration license tax is an obligation to pay taxes for those who have obtained various licenses such as licenses, permits, approvals, reports, and registrations as of January 1 every year, and is imposed from a minimum of 4,500 KRW to a maximum of 27,000 KRW depending on the type of license, business area, number of employees, and other scales.
The payment deadline is until February 3, and payments can be made directly by visiting any financial institution nationwide.
The county urged residents to actively use non-face-to-face payment methods for the convenience of local tax payment and to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
