KB Kookmin Bank Launches 'KB Dream Wave 2030 Talent Development Program'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 14th that it will implement the 'KB Dream Wave 2030 Talent Development Program' to support outstanding youth talents.
The KB Dream Wave 2030 Talent Development Program selects and supports talented youth in various fields. After the recruitment and screening process that began in October last year, the final candidates were selected from a total of 199 applicants. Twenty-five high school and university students were chosen in the fields of music, art, IT, literature, fashion, and academics.
The support program is composed of various components such as scholarships, overseas training expenses, participation in overseas performances, expert coaching, and provision of workspaces. The final selected students will choose customized programs for growth through consultation with expert committees in each field.
