Through this, he plans to reduce the financial burden related to entrance exams.
On the morning of the 14th, Candidate Yoon announced through the ninth 'Seok-yeol-ssi's Heart-fluttering Promise' that "tax credits will be applied to the CSAT application fee and university entrance examination fees."
If the CSAT application fee and university entrance examination fees are added to the deduction items stipulated in the Income Tax Act and its enforcement decree, the economic burden on parents with examinees is expected to decrease. According to the People Power Party Policy Headquarters, the current CSAT application fee ranges from 37,000 to 47,000 won depending on the test subjects.

Candidate Yoon said, "Although the CSAT is effectively mandatory for the majority of high school students and other examinees, there is almost no policy consideration such as tax support," adding, "Costs related to various entrance exams, including regular admissions, essay tests, and practical skills tests, impose a considerable economic burden on middle- and low-income households with examinees."
