Earlier, on the 11th, Song appeared on MBC News Outside and said, "The Democratic Party leader has changed to Song Young-gil, and candidate Lee was a person oppressed during the Moon Jae-in administration," adding, "(Candidate Lee) was indicted and almost politically died. Did he serve as a minister or a member of the National Assembly?"
Representative Seol continued, "We are now at an important moment to gradually heal the wounds from the primary process and move forward as one team," and pointed out, "The party leader, who should unite the power of party members to lead the Democratic Party's victory and regime re-creation, must not incite division and conflict with untrue statements."
