View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] On Thursday the 13th, the severe cold will continue with morning low temperatures dropping to -13 degrees Celsius.
The Chungnam region, Jeolla region, and Jeju Island will be mostly cloudy, and snow will fall from dawn to daytime in the southwestern part of Gyeonggi Province, Chungcheong region (except northern Chungbuk), Jeolla region, and the inland western part of Gyeongsang. Expected snowfall amounts are around 3 to 8 cm in southwestern Chungnam, western Jeolla, mountainous areas of Jeju Island, and Ulleungdo and Dokdo. More than 10 cm of heavy snow is expected along the southern Chungnam west coast, western Jeonbuk west coast, and northwestern Jeonnam.
Morning low temperatures will range from -13 to -1 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs will range from -5 to 4 degrees Celsius. The minimum and maximum temperatures by region are as follows: △Seoul (-9°C / -4°C), △Incheon (-7°C / -4°C), △Chuncheon (-11°C / -2°C), △Daejeon (-7°C / 0°C), △Jeonju (-5°C / 0°C), △Gwangju (-4°C / 2°C), △Daegu (-6°C / 2°C), △Ulsan (-3°C / 2°C), △Busan (-2°C / 4°C).
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions.

Sea waves will be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea and West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters. Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 1.5 to 5.0 meters in the East Sea, 2.0 to 4.0 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
