Opening of the 267th Hamyang County Council Extraordinary Session
Revision of Related Ordinances and Rules in Line with the Amendment of the Local Autonomy Act
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] The Hamyang County Council in Gyeongnam announced on the 11th that it held the 267th extraordinary session and deliberated and resolved 14 ordinances and regulations related to the personnel authority of the county council following the complete revision of the Local Autonomy Act.
On that day, after opening the plenary session and adjourning, the Council Operations Committee was held to review seven ordinances, including the Hamyang County Council Local Public Officials Service Ordinance, and seven regulations for enactment and revision, which were then approved in the plenary session.
Following the enforcement of the complete revision of the Local Autonomy Act on January 13, 2022, the county council prepared and amended autonomous regulations in line with changes in the local autonomy system, such as the introduction of policy support officers and the autonomy of council operations.
