Yoon Ho-jung: "Yoon Seok-yeol's First Reform Work Is Park Deok-heum's 'Thief Party Switch'"
"Park Deok-heum Suspected of Winning Construction Contracts Worth Trillions Using Family-Named Companies"
"Issuing Self-Clearing Certificates"
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] Yoon Ho-jung, floor leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, criticized on the 7th the reinstatement of Park Deok-heum, a member of the People Power Party, saying, "Yoon Seok-yeol's reform's first work is the thief lawmaker's thief reinstatement."
On the morning of the same day, Yoon, at the party headquarters in Yeouido during the meeting of the party's election countermeasures headquarters, said, "Taking advantage of the People Power Party's confusion, Park Deok-heum sneaked back into the party."
Yoon pointed out, "Park is a figure who was accused of receiving orders for construction projects worth hundreds of billions of won from supervised institutions through a family-named company, causing public outrage and criticism," adding, "At that time, he was even labeled with the phrase 'the worst conflict of interest since the founding of the nation (Dangun)."
He continued, "However, the opposition party interpreted on its own that there was practically no charge because the prosecution did not indict him for one year and four months," and strongly criticized, "None of the suspicions have been resolved, yet they issued a self-issued pardon, which is really absurd."
