Lotteria Adds 'Driving Pickup' Feature to Lotte Eats App
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon]Lotte Ria announced on the 6th that it will introduce a 'Driving Pickup' service feature in its app 'Lotte Eats,' allowing customers to pick up orders directly from their vehicles.
The Driving Pickup service is an order service function that uses location-based services based on the vehicle number and type registered by the customer, enabling them to receive products immediately with reduced movement such as getting off or visiting the store.
Pickup time can be set starting from at least 40 minutes after the order time, with reservation times available in 10-minute increments up to a maximum of 3 hours.

Lotte Ria is operating this service at the Osan Segyo DT branch located in Osan City, Gyeonggi Province, and plans to expand it to road shop stores and Drive-In stores where pickup spaces can be secured, in addition to drive-thru stores.
