Ministop Launches 'Vegan Triangle Kimbap' Using Plant-Based Meat Alternatives
On the 6th, Ministop launched a new vegan product made with plant-based meat alternative called 'Gogineopsneun Samgak Gimbap' (Meatless Triangle Kimbap).
View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Ministop announced on the 6th that it has partnered with the plant-based alternative meat brand Unlimit to launch a new vegan product made with plant-based alternative meat called ‘Gogieun-eun Samgak Gimbap’ (Meatless Triangle Gimbap).
Gogieun-eun Samgak Gimbap uses plant-based pulled barbecue alternative meat as the main ingredient, capturing the tender texture and rich flavor of shredded American-style pulled barbecue. Additionally, it includes chopped Cheongyang chili peppers, onions, and carrots to add a spicy umami taste and crunchiness.
Previously, Ministop also released ‘Gogieun-eun Yubu Barbecue Gimbap’ (Meatless Tofu Barbecue Gimbap), made primarily with plant-based pulled barbecue alternative meat and chopped yubu (tofu skin). They plan to continue adding more vegan products in the future.
