Hwasun-gun 'Women Farmers and Fishermen Happiness Voucher' Application and Registration
[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Ji-woon] Jeollanam-do Hwasun-gun (Governor Gu Chung-gon) announced on the 4th that it will accept applications for the ‘Women Farmers and Fishermen Happiness Voucher Support Project’ until the 28th of next month.
The Women Farmers and Fishermen Happiness Voucher is being promoted to provide cultural enjoyment opportunities to women farmers and fishermen in rural areas with poor cultural conditions.
Women farmers and fishermen who wish to apply can fill out an application form and submit it to the administrative welfare center in their town or township of residence.
Voucher cards with a limit of 200,000 KRW will be issued to eligible recipients.
Until last year, applicants had to pay 20,000 KRW out of the 200,000 KRW voucher amount, but from this year, the 20,000 KRW self-payment will be supported by provincial funds, so there is no self-payment.
The support targets are women farmers and fishermen aged 20 to 75 as of the business year, who have had an address in Jeollanam-do for more than one year as of the 1st of this month and are actually engaged in farming.
However, those who are registered as business owners and have full-time occupations, children of farmers currently enrolled in high school, university, or graduate school, selected recipients of the Munhwa Nuri Voucher card, and those with non-agricultural income of 37 million KRW or more in the year before the project implementation are excluded from support.
For more details, inquiries can be made through the administrative welfare center in the town or township of the resident registration address.
