2022 Yeongju World Punggi Ginseng Expo Certified Products 'Official Commercialization Rights Holder' Recruitment

Maximizing Expo Ripple Effects and Fostering Local Participation Atmosphere
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Kim Gwiyeol] Lee Hee-beom, the organizing committee chairman of the Gyeongbuk Yeongju World Punggi Ginseng Expo, announced on the 3rd that they are recruiting official product commercialization rights holders for certified products to select excellent local products and maximize the Expo's ripple effects.
The application target is businesses located in Yeongju city that manufacture or sell processed agricultural and livestock products.
Submitted products will be selected by the organizing committee through internal screening based on suitability to the Expo image, regional representativeness, recognition, and originality. Products that have been judged unsuitable based on food safety-related inspections or investigations will be excluded from the application.
The officially selected certified product commercialization rights holders will be granted the right to use the official emblem free of charge. From the date of approval until October 23 of this year, the use of the official name of the 2022 Yeongju World Punggi Ginseng Expo certified product and the production and sale of products using the official Expo emblem will be permitted.
Additionally, the right to have the certified products posted on the Expo website will also be granted.
Applications can be submitted in person to the Expo organizing committee by July 4.

A city official expressed hope for active participation from excellent local companies accompanying the successful hosting of the 2022 Yeongju World Punggi Ginseng Expo.

The 2022 Yeongju World Punggi Ginseng Expo, under the theme "Embracing the World of Ginseng and Opening the Future," will be held for 24 days from September 30 to October 23 around the Punggi Ginseng Culture Popup Park area in Yeongju, Gyeongbuk.
