[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Seong Jang-hyun, Mayor of Yongsan-gu, concluded the 2021 work by visiting and encouraging the COVID-19 response departments on the morning of the 31st instead of holding a year-end ceremony.

Yangcheon-gu (Mayor Kim Soo-young) held the ‘2021 Year-end Ceremony’ at 3 p.m. on the 31st at the Yangcheon Digital Media Center on the 3rd floor of the district office.
At the ceremony, Mayor Kim Soo-young encouraged the entire staff for their united efforts that achieved valuable results despite the difficult situation caused by COVID-19, and pledged a strong leap forward for the upcoming 2022 together with the employees.

Instead of holding a year-end ceremony, Mayor Yoo visited the site of the heat wire installation on the steep road of Geumha-ro and the Parkmi Stormwater Pump Station with snow removal equipment to inspect snow removal, ensuring residents can have a safe and comfortable New Year. Afterwards, he conducted disinfection at senior centers operating as cold wave shelters and visited Gasan Police Station to encourage on-site workers.
