Redcap Tour Signs MOU with Polytech I University to Train Vehicle Maintenance Personnel
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] Redcap Tour, which operates in the travel and rental car business, announced on the 30th that it has signed a business agreement to jointly operate an industry-academia cooperation program with Korea Polytechnics I University to cultivate specialized personnel in automobile maintenance services.
Redcap Tour explained that it owns 21 branches nationwide and over 300 affiliated repair shops, expecting this business agreement to enhance synergy effects.
According to this agreement, Redcap Tour will provide scholarships to support a stable academic environment for outstanding talents in the automobile department of Korea Polytechnics I University.
Additionally, for current students and graduates, it will offer ▲practical training and employment opportunities ▲curriculum revision and field training support ▲joint use of facilities and experimental/practical equipment ▲resources necessary for department operation such as educational training equipment.
At Korea Polytechnics I University, Redcap Tour’s rental car division will operate the latest automobile-related technology and electric vehicle specialized technical education programs for maintenance engineers to enhance the expertise of field technicians and help them grow into master technicians.
