According to the police on the 29th, Lee's side filed a complaint at the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul against Gaseyeon cast members lawyer Kang Yong-seok and former reporter Kim Se-ui for violating the Information and Communications Network Act (defamation by false information).
Earlier, on the 27th, Gaseyeon claimed through a broadcast, "Leader Lee received sexual bribery from Kim Sung-jin, CEO of i-Kist, at a hotel in Daejeon in 2013. This was confirmed through investigation materials from the Daejeon District Prosecutors' Office."
