In September, he also assaulted his lover at the same place, throwing a wine bottle and soju glass, causing injuries.

Judge Kim stated, “Considering the severity of the victim’s injuries and the bad nature of the crime, as well as the fact that all parties reached an agreement, I take into account both favorable and unfavorable circumstances and various sentencing factors to determine the sentence.”
