A Residential-Commercial Complex to Be Built in the Vicinity of Mia Sageori Station on Line 4... 410 Households to Be Supplied
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] A residential-commercial complex building with 410 households will be constructed near Mia Sageori Station on Subway Line 4.
On the 21st, Seoul City held the 12th Urban Redevelopment Committee meeting and announced on the 22nd that it had approved a revised plan to change the redevelopment promotion plan for the Shingileum 1 District in 31-1 Gireum-dong, Seongbuk-gu.
The site is located in a general commercial area within the Mia Center Redevelopment Promotion District, adjacent to Mia Sageori Station on Subway Line 4.
Reflecting the policy to expand housing supply, Seoul City relaxed the residential ratio in the area from 50% to 90%. Accordingly, a total of 410 apartment units are planned to be built. Among them, 112 units will be public housing, with a variety of unit sizes including small units under 60㎡ and medium units of 84㎡. Additionally, public housing will be socially mixed without distinguishing between sale and rental units to reduce discrimination. Non-residential areas will include retail facilities.
Within the project site, a new subway entrance will be established to connect Mia Sageori Station with the Dongbuk Line light rail, enhancing the convenience of public transportation for local residents.
