Kakao Work Surpasses 1 Million Cumulative Users Within One Year of Launch
[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] Kakao Enterprise announced on the 30th that the cumulative number of users of its comprehensive work platform, 'Kakao Work,' surpassed 1 million within just over a year since its launch. Currently, about 160,000 companies and organizations are using Kakao Work.
Kakao Work's strengths include convenient usability, flexible integration with various information technology services, and AI-integrated search technology.
After adopting Kakao Work, the comprehensive energy company 'Samchully' saw its average internal notice view rate increase from 51% to 99%, and the notice dissemination speed drastically reduced from an average of 4.3 days to 4 minutes.
Dongwon Group, which introduced Kakao Work across all 16 affiliates, cited the ability to communicate and collaborate quickly through Kakao Work, compared to previously conducting work mainly via email, as its greatest advantage.
The health functional food research company 'Lingti' highlighted the convenience of use without special training, while the customized exercise management startup 'Hucares' pointed out that electronic approval and attendance management are built-in by default, eliminating the need to purchase additional solutions, as key strengths of Kakao Work.
