Police Hold First 'Full-time Investigator' Selection... "Priority Placement in Investigation Departments"
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] The police are launching the first selection of 'full-time investigators' to strengthen investigative capabilities.
The National Police Agency announced on the 29th that the selection schedule for full-time investigators will proceed until the 23rd of next month.
The police are implementing an 'Investigator Qualification Management System' that classifies personnel into reserve, general, full-time, and chief investigators based on investigative capabilities to secure expertise and enhance competencies.
Full-time investigators are selected from investigators currently working in investigative departments who hold ranks from Inspector to Superintendent and have at least 7 years of actual investigative experience or 8 years of investigative experience within the last 10 years (including 5 years of actual investigation).
