Gyeongnam Province and Gyeongnam Women and Family Foundation Join Forces to Strengthen Local Women Leaders' Capabilities
On the 26th and 30th, 'Women Leaders Academy Training' for Female Senior Managers and Young Women Leaders will be conducted
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Gyeongsangnam-do, together with the Gyeongsangnam-do Women and Family Foundation, will pilot the 'Women Leader Academy Training' to strengthen the capabilities of female leaders on the 26th and 30th of this month.
This training is based on the regionally customized standard women leader education program developed by the Gyeongnam Women and Family Foundation last August.
The target audience is local senior female managers and young female leaders, and it is a one-day course. The training will be held at the Gyeongnam Women and Family Foundation from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The senior manager capability enhancement training will take place on the 26th, and the young female leader capability enhancement training will be held on the 30th.
The senior manager capability enhancement covers empowering, coaching, mentoring, and vision building and presentation processes. The young female leader capability enhancement covers self-development and learning, self-control and regulation, and interpersonal relationship management.
The training is expected to be more effective as the instructors who participated in developing the standard education program will lecture directly.
