Hanwha Precision Machinery Showcases Factory Automation Technology at German Exhibition
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dae-yeol] Hanwha Precision Machinery announced on the 18th that it showcased its factory automation software T Solution at Productronica 2021, an electronics production technology exhibition that opened on the 16th (local time) in Munich, Germany. The software features functions that can improve production efficiency and quality at a low cost.
Along with this, the company exhibited the high-speed chip mounter HM520 line equipped with Smart Surface Mount Technology (SMT) functions, as well as mid-speed models Decan S1 and SM485 equipment. The company stated that it focused on promoting versatility and technology for handling irregular parts. Chip mounters are essential equipment for producing various electronic products such as smartphones, semiconductor memory, TVs, automotive infotainment systems, and electric vehicle circuit boards. Hanwha Precision Machinery is the only company in Korea that designs, manufactures, and services chip mounters independently. SMT is considered crucial for quickly and accurately placing components as small as 100μm (one-millionth of a meter) on circuit boards, which are essential for all electronic products.
