Yongin City Operates Joint Response Headquarters for Urea Solution Shortage Crisis
[Asia Economy (Yongin) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province has recently started operating the 'Joint Response Headquarters for the Urea Solution Crisis' to address the difficulties in supply and management of urea solution.
The Joint Response Headquarters for the Urea Solution Crisis is led by Deputy Mayor Jeong Gyu-su and consists of officials from 10 departments including the Citizen Safety Office, Public Transportation Division, and Construction Policy Division. The headquarters will operate until the urea solution supply stabilizes.
The headquarters will analyze the usage and shortage status of urea solution, monitor supply trends, and prepare countermeasures and response plans.
At a meeting on the 15th, the headquarters discussed the current stock levels of urea solution and anticipated issues for vehicles used in transportation businesses closely related to daily life, as well as construction equipment, cleaning vehicles, and snow removal equipment, along with plans to secure urea solution.
