On the 15th, at a book launch event titled 'Today's Figures Read Through Comics - Emergency Committee Chairman Kim Jong-in' held at a hotel in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yoon stated, "If you ask who are the most outstanding figures since the establishment of our country's economic judicial system, I would point to former Chairman Kim."
He added, "Former Chairman Kim is not confined to any particular ideological faction but is armed with a philosophy of practical realism," and said, "Whether conservative or progressive parties, whenever our country has needed reform due to deviation from the normal track, he has always been welcomed as a firefighter," emphasizing, "Looking at his life trajectory, he is neither on this side nor that side."
He continued, "At a time when not only political reform but also national grand reform is necessary, the time has come for Dr. Kim to play a role again," and added, "Although I have not been in politics for long, at this point of the difficult journey of regime change and national reform, I ask that he guide and lead us well with the experience he has accumulated."
