Gwangyang-si Selected as an Excellent Job-Creating Company in Jeollanam-do in 2021
Selected: CM Tech Co., Ltd., PMS Co., Ltd., and Hwain Co., Ltd.
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Heo Seon-sik] Gwangyang City announced on the 10th that three companies in the region were selected for the 2021 Jeollanam-do Excellent Job Creation Company Certification Project promoted by Jeollanam-do.
The three selected companies are CM Tech Co., Ltd., PMS Co., Ltd., and Fine Co., Ltd., which received high evaluations for the increase in the number of workers and the growth rate of young workers over one year.
The selected companies will receive financial and administrative support such as employment environment improvement funds of 20 million KRW, preferential loan limits for facility funds (2 billion KRW), loan limits for operating funds (500 million KRW) with interest support (1.4~2.5%), and exemption from local tax audits for three years.
The Jeollanam-do Excellent Job Creation Company Certification Project supports outstanding companies that contribute to employment stability and job creation for workers.
The evaluation criteria for excellent job creation companies focus on job creation areas such as ▲the number of workers increased in the past year ▲the growth rate of young workers ▲additional employment plans, and employment stability areas such as ▲employment retention rate over the past two years ▲the proportion of regular workers in the past year ▲employee welfare and compliance with labor standards.
Since its launch in 2015, the Jeollanam-do Excellent Job Creation Company Certification Project has received great responses from companies, with 11 companies selected so far.
Moon Byung-ju, Director of the Investment and Job Division, said, “We are pleased that 2 to 3 companies in Gwangyang are selected as excellent job creation companies every year and receive financial support,” adding, “We appreciate the efforts of companies that have contributed to employment stability and job creation for workers.”
