POSCO Construction Revamps Website for the First Time in 10 Years
POSCO Engineering & Construction announced on the 4th that it has completely revamped its website for the first time in 10 years to enhance accessibility for customers and strengthen its corporate brand image.
Through this revamp, POSCO E&C designed the website in the form of a ‘web magazine’ by significantly increasing the proportion of videos and images based on screen layouts optimized for smartphones and computer monitors.
The homepage’s main screen features videos containing POSCO E&C’s management philosophy goals of ‘Build Value Together’ and the theme of ‘POSCO E&C’s Today and Tomorrow,’ including content about the The Sharp brand, safety, and major achievements.
In particular, the newly introduced ‘Special Story’ is a corporate branding specialized menu developed for the first time in the domestic construction industry by POSCO E&C. It delivers six major themes?Corporate Citizenship, Smart Construction, Carbon Neutral Management, The Sharp, Urban Renewal, and Corporate Culture?in an easy and friendly magazine format.
Additionally, POSCO E&C plans to faithfully showcase its image as a sustainable company by introducing mid- to long-term goals and specific activity cases related to its various Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management activities.
The website also newly established a ‘Newsroom’ to explore the potential of ‘brand journalism’ by featuring POSCO E&C’s image as portrayed in the media and social network service (SNS) content. Furthermore, employees currently working in the field introduce their jobs in interview format to help job seekers better understand the construction industry.
