Korea Life Insurance Association Selects 400 'Golden Fellow' Top Life Insurance Planners
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] The Life Insurance Association held the '5th Golden Fellow' certification ceremony at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul on the 3rd, selecting 400 outstanding insurance planners.
The Golden Fellow is selected through a comprehensive evaluation of registered period, contract retention rate, and company contribution among certified excellent life insurance planners.
This year's certified planners have demonstrated exceptional capabilities, having worked for an average of over 20 years at their current life insurance companies, with an average annual income of 220 million KRW. Their average contract retention rates are as high as 98.6% at the 13th installment and 94.9% at the 25th installment, leading in customer management and consumer protection.
Among the 400 certified planners, 19 (about 5%) have been certified consecutively for five times since the first year of implementation; 44 (11.0%) have been certified four times; 54 (13.5%) three times; 87 (21.8%) twice; and 196 (49.0%) received certification for the first time this year.
