BMW Korea Officially Launches New X3 and X4 in Korea… Starting at 66.4 Million and 66.7 Million KRW Respectively
Significantly Larger Kidney Grille with Enhanced Driving Performance and Convenience Features
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] BMW Korea announced on the 1st that it will officially launch the new X3, a mid-size Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV), and the new X4, a mid-size Sports Activity Coupe (SAC), in the domestic market.
The BMW X3, equipped with dynamic design and driving performance, has sold nearly 2 million units worldwide since the launch of its second-generation model in 2010. The X4 features a sleek roofline and sporty driving performance as its key characteristics.
The newly released X3 and X4 feature extensive new designs both inside and out. The front of the body boasts a larger single-frame kidney grille, slim headlights, and a newly designed front bumper, creating a stronger presence. At the rear, 3D rear lights, square-shaped tailpipes, and three-dimensionally designed underbody protection combine to showcase sporty appeal.
Driving and convenience features have also been significantly enhanced. The 'Driving Assistant Professional,' which includes Active Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, and Collision Avoidance Steering Assist, is standard on all trims. Notably, an Assisted Driving View function has been added, displaying surrounding traffic conditions in 3D graphics on the instrument cluster.
Parking Assistant, which supports easy parking, and Reverse Assistant, which helps steer the vehicle backward up to 50 meters along the entry path, are also supported. Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Adaptive LED headlights, and a power-operated trunk that can be opened and closed with foot gestures are provided as standard features. The 20i and M40i models of both vehicles also come with remote start functionality.
The new X3 and X4 lineups consist of the gasoline model xDrive20i, diesel model xDrive20d, high-performance model M40i, and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) model new xDrive30e. Except for the M40i, all models are available in xLine, M Sport Package, and M Sport Pro trims. The M Sport trim adds Adaptive Suspension, M Seatbelts, M Sport Brakes, 20-inch Jet Black wheels, and BMW Laser Lights.

Prices vary depending on the package and trim, and based on a 3.5% individual consumption tax rate, the new X3 ranges from 64.4 million KRW to 93.7 million KRW, and the new X4 ranges from 66.7 million KRW to 96.2 million KRW.
