Korea Real Estate Board 'Cheongyak Home' Now Accepts KB Mobile Certificate for Housing Subscription Applications
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 28th that it has signed a business agreement with the Korea Real Estate Board to enhance the convenience of customers applying for subscription.
Through this business agreement, starting from the 29th, KB Mobile Certificate can be used when applying for housing subscriptions such as first and second priority on the Korea Real Estate Board's ‘Subscription Home’ platform.
KB Kookmin Bank was the only financial institution selected as the final operator for the public sector electronic signature pilot project. Since the beginning of this year, it has been providing simple authentication services through KB Mobile Certificate on platforms such as the National Tax Service Hometax, Government24, National Health Insurance Service, Wetax, and Bokjiro.
Meanwhile, KB Mobile Certificate has rapidly responded to affiliate companies and public institutions to expand its scope of use, surpassing 9 million subscribers. Currently, KB Mobile Certificate has been introduced to more than 32 public services, and with the expansion of public simple authentication on public websites in the second half of the year, the number of public services accessible via KB Mobile Certificate is expected to continue increasing.

A KB Kookmin Bank official stated, “The convenience will be improved as KB Mobile Certificate can be used on Subscription Home, which is used by citizens hoping to own a home,” and added, “We will continue to cooperate with the Korea Real Estate Board to provide more convenient and secure services.”
