In the morning and evening, most areas nationwide will be relatively chilly. Morning temperatures will drop below 5 degrees Celsius in inland Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous Gangwon, inland Chungcheong, eastern Jeonbuk, northern inland Gyeongbuk, and northwestern inland Gyeongnam, with frost expected in some places.
Especially in inland and mountainous Gangwon and northeastern mountainous Gyeongbuk, ice may form, so precautions should be taken to prevent cold damage to crops.
Temperature differences between day and night will be around 15 degrees Celsius mainly inland, so attention to health management is necessary. Fine dust levels are forecasted to be from 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions.
Dense fog may form mainly inland during the morning, so caution is advised when driving.
