Housing Finance Corporation Donates 40 Million KRW to Support Mothers and Job Creation
Housing Finance Corporation held a donation ceremony for HF-Social Economy Enterprises to support mothers in the Busan area and create jobs on the 6th at the Busan Care Social Service Center Lifelong Education Center in Yeonje-gu, Busan. View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] Korea Housing Finance Corporation announced on the 6th that it will provide support worth 40 million KRW to the social economy enterprise ‘Busan Dolbom Social Service Center’.
Busan Dolbom Social Service Center is a social enterprise and self-support enterprise that provides services such as postpartum care, nursing care, and caregiving. The donation was prepared to assist postpartum care and childcare support for mothers in the Busan area.
The Housing Finance Corporation plans to deliver baby carriers, essential newborn items, to 173 mothers in the Busan area recommended by the center. Using the corporation’s donation, the center plans to newly hire 20 postpartum care workers to assist postpartum care and newborn childcare for vulnerable mothers.
