Martial Arts, Presents Post-Corona Shared Prosperity Vision at 'Shin Nambang Business Week'

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] The Korea International Trade Association, in collaboration with the New Southern Policy Special Committee, KOTRA, the Korea-ASEAN Center, the Korea Importers Association, the National Asia Culture Center, and the Asia Culture Institute, opened the '2021 New Southern Business Week' on the 5th at COEX in Samseong-dong.
Under the theme "Post-COVID, Inclusive Recovery and Shared Prosperity between Korea and the New Southern Region," this two-day event features various programs including ▲Win-Win Business Forum ▲Online Consultation Meetings ▲Thematic Seminars ▲Virtual Reality (VR) Experience Zones ▲New Southern Culture Exhibitions. Approximately 1,000 participants including companies entering the New Southern region, experts, and related organizations are expected to attend both online and offline.
In his opening remarks, Koo Ja-yeol, Chairman of the Korea International Trade Association, stated, "Over 18,000 Korean companies have entered the New Southern region, which is recognized as a global production hub and an engine of economic growth, expanding cooperation in economic, health, and human sectors." He emphasized, "In the post-COVID era, Korea and New Southern countries must seize growth opportunities and create new cooperation models for shared prosperity."
