[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on the 30th that Lee Tae-woo, head of the North Korea Nuclear Diplomacy Planning Division, held a telephone consultation with Oleg Burmistrov, Russia's Special Envoy for North Korea Nuclear Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the deputy representatives for North Korea nuclear issues of Korea and Russia.
