Seohui Construction, 'Incheon Ganghwa Seohui Starhills' First Priority Subscription on 29th
[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Seohi Construction announced that it will accept first-priority subscription applications for ‘Incheon Ganghwa Seohi Starhills,’ located in Chang-ri, Seonwon-myeon, Ganghwa-gun, Incheon, on the 29th. Special supply begins on the 28th, followed by first-priority subscriptions on the 29th and second-priority subscriptions on the 30th.
The complex is planned to consist of two complexes with 18 buildings and 8 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, totaling 1,324 households. The general sale units amount to 457 households (303 in Complex 1 and 154 in Complex 2), with both complexes conducting subscriptions on the same day.
Seohi Construction is in charge of construction. In the 2021 Construction Capability Evaluation announced last month, Seohi Construction rose 10 ranks to 23rd place. The Construction Capability Evaluation is an annual assessment conducted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on construction companies nationwide, evaluating performance, management status, and technical aspects. It is regarded as a credible indicator within the industry.
The complex is arranged mainly facing south to secure views for all households, and includes neighborhood living facilities with a total of 34 units to provide convenient living areas.
The residential spaces are composed of small to medium sizes preferred by buyers, ranging from 59㎡ to 85㎡. There are five types: ▲59A ▲59B ▲72A ▲72B ▲85A, featuring a 4-bay slab-type structure inside for efficient space utilization. A hidden space called an alpha room is also provided, which can be chosen for use as a room or storage space.
The transportation network is also noteworthy. Access to the metropolitan area via National Road 48 and Ganghwa Bridge is expected to be convenient. Starting with the expansion of Cheongna Chojihai Coastal Road this year, movement to the nearby Incheon downtown area is expected to improve. If the Gyeyang-Ganghwa Expressway, with the planned Ganghwa IC near the project site, is completed in 2024, travel time to Seoul will be reduced.

Meanwhile, Seohi Construction switched its business from transportation to construction in 1994 and has expanded its business mainly in the private construction sector. In 2008, it entered the regional housing business, which was avoided by many, targeting niche markets, and currently has a total order amount of about 10 trillion won. In addition, it has successfully completed regional housing association projects for more than 50 complexes nationwide, totaling about 50,000 households.
