MyCaddy M1 "Ultra-Lightweight GPS Golf Watch"
[Asia Economy Reporter Nowrae Noh] MyCaddy M1 (photo) is gaining popularity.
It is lightweight at 51g to avoid burdening the golf swing. Unlike competitors' products, it does not require a charging cradle and can be conveniently charged directly via a Micro 5Pin on the main body. It uses a special algorithm for GPS connection and location coordinate recognition to reduce disconnections. "It combines 30 years of technology from Shin O Electronics and MyCaddy's know-how," boasting that "it is a model developed with great care for GPS connection and location recognition."
It features a luxurious watch mode, aiming and pedometer functions, and voice guidance. Convenience features such as distance measurement, score recording, and a compass that indicates green locations have been added. The laser rangefinder MS2 Black Edition, released last July, can measure up to 900m with 6x high magnification. It is also waterproof for daily use and has an ultra-compact size of 5x68x37mm, providing excellent grip. The upgraded version, MS3, is scheduled for release at the end of this month, with pre-orders starting after Chuseok.
