Fire at Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic in 10-Story Building in Jamsil... Extinguished Without Casualties (Comprehensive)
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Soyeon] At around 4:26 PM on the 13th, a fire broke out on the 10th floor of a 10-story building housing an obstetrics and gynecology clinic in Jamsil-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and was extinguished after about 40 minutes.
The building where the fire occurred housed facilities such as a PC bang, a fitness center, and a hospital. Firefighters guided the evacuation of 69 people inside the building, and 43 people evacuated on their own. There were no casualties.
The obstetrics and gynecology clinic where the fire broke out specializes in treating women's diseases, and it was confirmed that there were no newborns inside the hospital.
