Since July, Lotte Department Store Mall has been serializing illustrated designs containing stories on its official Instagram account. The main storyline revolves around employees of the fictional art center space called "GoLA (Gallery of Lotte Art)" planning exhibitions and episodes occurring in daily life. The characters' names and continuing stories are part of an event where customers participate by making direct choices, encouraging customer engagement.
In August, through the exhibition "Do You Need Healing?", various indoor interior products were introduced, and this time, the second exhibition theme was chosen as the "Beauty of Korea." This exhibition showcases traditional living products, daily hanbok, accessories, beauty products, and Korean cuisine, arranged as a space where visitors can actually view the exhibition. Alongside the artworks, products embodying the beauty of Korea are presented, and a 10% discount coupon applicable to event products is provided.
A comment event is also being held. Participants can join by answering the question, "If you were a Korean guide for a foreign friend, which three traditional Korean landmarks would you like to introduce?" in the comments. Among the participants, about 100 people will be selected by lottery to receive various prizes such as folk painting artworks and ceramic experience tickets.

A Lotte ON official stated, "Since July, we have built a virtual world to communicate easily and enjoyably with customers and have been showcasing various products from Lotte Department Store Mall alongside artworks," adding, "We plan to expand this world further through this exhibition."
