Dongmoon Construction announced on the 10th that it has opened the model house for the "Paju Munsan Station 2nd Dongmoon The East" apartment complex located at 878-1, Seonyu-ri, Munsan-eup, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, and has started the subscription schedule.
This apartment complex is a large-scale complex consisting of 15 buildings with 1,503 households, ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors. Subscriptions will be accepted starting with special supply on the 28th, followed by 1st priority on the 29th, and 2nd priority on the 30th. As it is a non-regulated area, residents of the metropolitan area who have been subscribed to a subscription savings account for more than 12 months can apply as 1st priority regardless of household headship or home ownership. There is no restriction on re-winning. The down payment is a fixed amount of 10 million KRW (1st installment), and 60% of the intermediate payment can be made through interest-free loans. The model house is located near Paju city and operates by prior reservation.
