Kim Young-ji, a senior staff member working at Shinhan Bank Gangdong Financial Center, reported to the police after noticing the suspicious behavior of a victim attempting to withdraw 25 million won in cash on the afternoon of the 27th of last month. The victim had received a phone call saying, "This is Shinhan Bank, we will provide a loan at a low interest rate. Withdraw your existing loan amount in cash and hand it over."

Kim Jin-young, a manager at Hana Bank Gubeundari Station Branch, discovered a victim attempting to withdraw 11 million won on the 30th of last month and reported it to 112. The victim had received a voice phishing call recommending a low-interest loan and had already handed over 13.8 million won to the voice phishing gang once. However, thanks to Manager Kim's intervention, further damage was prevented.
