Among the confirmed cases in Jinju, 8 were related to a Jinju acquaintance gathering and were classified as numbers 9867 to 9874 after testing positive.

After Gyeongnam case number 9796 was first confirmed with symptoms on the 28th, one cohabitant and one acquaintance were each confirmed positive. On the following day, the 29th, 8 more acquaintances were additionally confirmed.

The confirmed cases were found to have frequently visited each other and held meal gatherings.

The remaining one case was a contact of a confirmed case within the province and was classified as number 9866 after testing positive.

Among the confirmed cases in Gimhae, 7 tested positive after contact with confirmed cases within the province and were classified as numbers 9883, 9890 to 9893, 9899, and 9900.

One case tested positive after contact with a confirmed case from the metropolitan area and was classified as number 9901.

All 6 confirmed cases in Geoje tested positive after contact with confirmed cases within the province and were classified as numbers 9877, 9878, and 9886 to 9889.

Among the confirmed cases in Changwon, 2 were employees related to a Changwon company and were classified as numbers 9875 and 9876 after testing positive.

One case tested positive after contact with a confirmed case from another region and was classified as number 9882.

One case was tested upon personal request and was classified as number 9885 after testing positive.

The 3 confirmed cases in Yangsan tested positive after contact with confirmed cases from other regions and were classified as numbers 9894 to 9896.
