HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 26th that all units of the high-end life office 'Godeok I-Park Dearban' have been fully subscribed.
In the public subscription held on the 24th and 25th, a total of 18,576 applications (based on website subscription) were received for 590 units, recording an average competition rate of 31.5 to 1. The highest competition rate (410.5 to 1) was recorded in Group 4 (exclusive area 204~296㎡). Following that, ▲ Group 1 (exclusive area 37~65㎡) had 32.3 to 1 ▲ Group 2 (exclusive area 67~98㎡) had 34.8 to 1 ▲ Group 3 (exclusive area 99~158㎡) had 21.2 to 1, with all types fully subscribed.
The future sales schedule includes the announcement of winners on the 26th (Thursday), followed by formal contracts from the 27th (Friday) to the 28th (Saturday). The contract terms are 10% deposit, 60% interim payment, and 30% balance payment. The deposit is a fixed amount of 30 million KRW for the first payment, and the remainder must be paid within 14 days after signing the contract.
'Godeok I-Park Dearban' offers a benefit of deferred interim payment to reduce the financial burden on buyers. There are no restrictions on applying for apartment subscriptions after the contract. Submission and verification of a financial plan are not required, and resale is free regardless of speculative overheated districts or regulated areas.
