Kakao Starts New Developer Recruitment... "Hiring in Triple Digits"
Kakao will begin open recruitment for new developers on the 19th.
The number of hires will be in the triple digits. This open recruitment will be conducted simultaneously across seven affiliates: Kakao, Kakao Games, Kakao Mobility, Kakao Enterprise, Kakao Commerce, Kakao Pay, and Kakao Entertainment. Applicants can select up to two preferred companies.
The application process follows a blind recruitment method, which does not collect information such as educational background, major, age, or gender. Kakao has been using the blind recruitment method since 2017. The purpose is to select outstanding developers by verifying abilities rather than credentials, considering development skills and job suitability.
Applications can be submitted from today until 5 p.m. on the 6th of next month through the Kakao Talent Acquisition website.

Anyone can take the first online coding test by creating an account after entering their name, email, and mobile phone number. The recruitment process will start with the first online coding test on September 11, followed by the second online coding test and first and second interviews. Final successful candidates will be announced in November.
