Heat Unmoved by 'Ipchu'... Seoul Reaches 34°C Tomorrow Afternoon
[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Eun-mo] On the 7th, known as 'Ipchu,' marking the beginning of autumn according to the solar terms, clouds will be widespread across the country amid continuing heat.
In the Gangwon region, showers are expected from dawn, and there will be occasional rain in the afternoon in inland Chungcheong, Jeolla, Gyeongnam, inland Gyeongbuk, and Jeju. The expected precipitation is 10 to 70 mm.
The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 21 and 27 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs will rise to between 29 and 36 degrees Celsius, with Seoul reaching 34 degrees and Daegu 35 degrees, making it hot.
