Park Jeonghwan, New Editor-in-Chief of Incheon Ilbo: "Will Unite the Power of Local Community and Readers"
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] Park Jeonghwan (53, photo), deputy editor-in-chief of Incheon Ilbo, was appointed as the new editor-in-chief as of the 2nd.
Until recently, the new editor-in-chief concurrently served as the print editor, chief of the political department, and head of the investigative reporting department.
Born in Seosan, Chungnam, he joined Incheon Ilbo in 1995 as part of the 4th open recruitment class and has worked in the social, economic, and political departments. He once moved to Incheon Newspaper and Giho Ilbo to work as a reporter before returning to his original company, Incheon Ilbo, in January 2020.
