KB Kookmin Bank Releases Video on Kansong Jeon Hyeongpil, Preserver of National Culture
Reexamining the Achievements of Gansong Jeon Hyeongpil and the Spirit of Cultural Patriotism
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 29th that it has released a video titled 'Guardian of National Cultural Heritage, Kansong Jeon Hyeong-pil' in celebration of the birth anniversary of Mr. Jeon Hyeong-pil.
This video is the second story in the 'Hidden Stories of Independence Heroes' series, part of KB Kookmin Bank's 'Daehan Lived' campaign. The production involved Professor Seo Kyung-duk of Sungshin Women's University, a Korean public relations expert appointed as the campaign ambassador in March, and the narration was provided by actress Lim Soo-jung.
The video portrays the achievements and life of Mr. Jeon Hyeong-pil, who protected national cultural heritage from the Japanese colonial plundering of cultural assets, conveying that his spirit of cultural patriotism continues to be inherited and developed today. The video is available with Korean and English subtitles on KB Kookmin Bank's YouTube channel.
