On the 19th, The Nature Holdings held a board meeting and resolved to carry out a bonus issue by allocating one new share for every one common share.
The number of new shares to be issued is 7,272,328, and the record date for the new share allocation is August 3. After this new share issuance, the total number of issued shares of The Nature Holdings will double to 14,544,656 shares.
Listed on the KOSDAQ market in July last year, The Nature Holdings has continued to achieve double-digit sales growth annually, led by its flagship brand, National Geographic Apparel.
