View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daehyun] Most regions nationwide are expected to experience gusty winds and showers accompanied by thunder and lightning from morning through the night.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 18th, rain is expected to fall until morning in the Chungcheong and Jeolla regions and the western part of Gyeongsang, and until daytime in Jeju on the 19th. The expected precipitation amount is 5 to 60 mm nationwide (excluding Jeju, the five western islands, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo).
There will be strong showers with rainfall around 30 mm per hour in some areas. Some places will experience strong gusty winds with maximum speeds exceeding 55 km/h, so caution is required.
The morning low temperature is forecasted to be between 21 and 26 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 28 and 34 degrees Celsius. Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' across all regions.
Fog with visibility less than 1 km is expected mainly inland until morning. Starting in the afternoon, strong winds and high waves are expected beginning in the southern offshore waters of Jeju, with a possibility of a storm warning being issued, so caution is advised during navigation or fishing activities.

Wave heights in the nearshore waters are expected to be 0.5 to 1 meter in the East Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea and South Sea. In the offshore waters, wave heights are forecasted to be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea and South Sea.
