[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] The Baegam Office of Naejangsan National Park under the Korea National Park Service announced on the 15th that it will conduct a "pre-announced intensive crackdown" as a more systematic and proactive enforcement measure to prevent damage to natural resources due to the increase in visitors during the summer season.
This "pre-announced intensive crackdown" will focus on cracking down on illegal and disorderly acts that frequently occur during the summer, and will also carry out public prevention activities.
The main targets of the crackdown include smoking, cooking, entering unauthorized paths, plant picking, forest damage, and bringing pets into the park. The intensive crackdown period is planned to be from July 24 to August 14.
