The newly supplied apartments feature a specialized design developed through a design competition and consist of 44 different types. The supply scale by size is 150 units under 85㎡ and 1,200 units over 85㎡.
The apartment construction will be handled by GS Construction, Taeyoung Construction, and Hanshin Engineering & Construction, with the maximum sale price set at 12.57 million KRW per square meter.
L1 Block in the 6-3 Living Zone is the first apartment supply in Sejong after the special supply for former institution employees was abolished. Among the units, 244 are allocated for special supply such as newlyweds and institution recommendations, while 1,106 units will be sold through general supply.
The announcement for tenant recruitment will be made on the 16th by the project owner, and subscription applications will be accepted for three days starting from the 27th. The winners will be announced on the 4th of next month.
The tenant recruitment announcement can be checked on the Sejong City website or the project owner’s (Sejong Ja-i The City) website on the 16th.
The model house will be operated only online (cyber model house) considering the recent surge in COVID-19 cases and the spread of variant virus cluster infections in the metropolitan area and other regions.
However, after the winners are announced, those who submit preliminary documents and sign the official contract can visit the model house by reservation.
