T map Enables Starcop Electric Vehicle Charging Station Lookup
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] From the second half of this year, it will be possible to check the status and make easy payments for Starcop metered outlets through the navigation app Tmap.
Starcop announced on the 8th that it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with Tmap Mobility regarding this matter.
The metered outlet is a new electric vehicle charger technology designed with a capacity of around 3.5kW, ultra-compact and capable of being wall-mounted. Unlike existing electric vehicle chargers installed only in newly built apartments, Starcop's new technology can also be installed in older apartments, which is an advantage.
Starcop's metered outlet is based on a cloud-operated platform. It is expandable, allowing integration with existing chargers already installed, including additional linkage with Tmap Mobility.
Starcop plans to collaborate in various areas such as linking charging station information with Tmap services, QR code-based payments, PnC (Plug and Charge) payment solutions, and joint operation of charging memberships.
